About these terms
These terms describe the current Style Me wardrobe and image-sharing release, provided by AskSimona for people aged 16 and over. Read them with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For ages 16–17, involve a parent or guardian where their permission is required. Contact support@asksimona.com for questions.
Free current release
The current release is free and has no subscriptions, in-app purchases, AI stylist or virtual try-on. Future paid features would require separately disclosed prices and your explicit purchase. These terms do not authorize a future charge.
Using the app
Use Style Me for personal wardrobe organization, outfit creation and permitted image sharing. Follow applicable law and store rules. Styling suggestions do not guarantee fit, sizing or suitability. You are responsible for your device and the backups you choose.
Your photos and content
You retain your content rights. Only import or share content you own or have permission to use, including permission from people depicted where needed. The current app creates outfit images on your device; it does not grant AskSimona permission to upload them to a hosted Friends service. Do not share unlawful, exploitative, threatening, hateful, harassing or non-consensual content.
Sharing and independent services
Your device share menu hands the image to the app you choose. That service and its recipients apply their own rules, privacy practices and content controls. Style Me does not automatically publish, verify recipients or control those conversations. We cannot recall separately saved or shared copies.
Wishlist and purchases
Retailer links open independent websites. Saved price notes are user-entered references, not live prices. We do not guarantee price, stock, authenticity, delivery or returns. Retailer names identify destinations and do not imply endorsement or partnership. Do not copy product images without permission.
Earlier hosted requests
This version does not open or create earlier hosted Friends requests. Updating or clearing device data does not delete those separate service records or recipient copies. Retained records and owner keys remain local until you choose to clear them. Contact support for questions about the earlier service.
Availability and ending use
You may stop using Style Me at any time. Device-only data may be lost if you erase the app or lose your device. Features and availability may change; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Material changes will be explained where reasonably practicable.
Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing here excludes consumer or privacy rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. AskSimona remains responsible where required by law. Contact support about problems; this does not prevent other available remedies.
Apple and licensing
Apple is not the provider of Style Me support. App Store downloads are also subject to applicable Apple terms and the standard Apple licensed-application agreement where it applies. These service terms supplement those terms. Contact AskSimona about Style Me.
